Fitness Classes

Get a great workout with friends in our fitness classes led by certified instructors. If getting in great shape while having fun sounds like what you’re after, then you can choose a variety of classes from our diverse schedule. All classes are suitable for all levels.

Classes are free to members and are available to non-members and guests at $5. Or non-members may also purchase a punch card for $30 at the Front Desk for 10 classes. Participants must be at least 12 years of age. Bring a towel, water, and a great attitude!

Mindful Movement

Provides strengthening, stretching, and alignment work through focused, efficient body movement. This class concentrates on disciplined movements throughout various exercises to gain body control, strength, balance, and flexibility.

STRENGTH & STRETCH

This class uses a variety of modalities (e.g., weights, isometrics, balance, functional movement, yoga) to achieve alignment and posture through strengthening, stretching, and myofascial release. Good for all ages and capabilities.
MW: 5:00 - 6:00pm & Saturday: 8:00 - 9:00am

Senior Cise

A class specially designed for senior adults. Senior Cise works on muscle strength, balance, and coordination. All levels of participants are welcome!
