Gym & Fields
General information The Texas, Cavness, Upper, and Austin Fields are well maintained sports fields and ready for play. The gymnasium is home to the Hyde Park Panthers, and an ideal court for a variety of indoor sports.
The Texas Field:
The Texas Field (pictured above) is a state of the art professionally turfed baseball and football field. Rental of this field is limited and determined individually and based on duration of time and expectation of use ($2000 per 8 hours). This field is a “No seed No gum” field. A signed agreement with the terms and conditions will be required.
Grass Fields:
- Cavness – Softball field (fence length 280′)*
- Austin – Fastpitch softball field (fence length 200′)
- Upper Field – Soccer/football field (no fence, 100 yds)
Gymnasium:
The Quarries gym is a full basketball court providing excellent traction and shock absorption for a wide variety of activities including, volleyball, basketball, pickleball, and other recreational events.

- Facility Rental Agreement: This is the agreement form you will need to fill out in order to secure your event reservation confirmation.
- Quarries Risk Identification Notice: This document shows risk agreements for events and rentals
- Event Inquiry Form: This is the initial form to fill out and turn in when requesting to reserve a space for your event.
Rental Process
- An Onsite meeting is required to discuss your plans.
- Rental rate per hour for athletic events (excluding Texas Field): $150

- The security deposit of $350 is required to hold the date and time.
